1. General Information

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with AVENA Suites, located in Kato Gouves, Crete. By booking a stay, guests agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Reservation & Payment

* A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation.
* Depending on the rate selected, a deposit or full prepayment may be required at the time of booking.
* Prices include VAT and local taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation Policy

* Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before arrival.
* For cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
* In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the total stay will be charged.

4. Check-in & Check-out

* Check-in: from 15:00
* Check-out: until 11:00
* Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and availability, with an extra charge.

5. House Rules

* Smoking is not allowed inside the suites.
* Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
* Please respect quiet hours between 23:00 and 08:00.
* Guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay.

6. Children & Extra Beds

* Baby cots (cribs) are available free of charge upon request and subject to availability.
* A third folding bed may be provided upon request for an additional fee, depending on the room type and availability.
* Please inform us in advance if you require any of these options.

7. Liability

AVENA Suites is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the safe provided in the suite.

8. Changes & Force Majeure

AVENA Suites reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations in case of unforeseen events, such as natural disasters or technical issues, that make it impossible to fulfill the reservation.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes arising from bookings or stays will be settled in the courts of Heraklion, Crete.
