1. Arrival & Check-in

Check-in: From 3:00 PM. Please inform us of your expected arrival time, especially for late arrivals, to ensure a smooth check-in process.

2. Housekeeping

Cleaning: Apartments are cleaned weekly. Additional cleaning can be arranged for a small fee upon request.

3. Towels & Linen

Linens & Towels: Fresh linens and towels are provided. Extra sets are available upon request.

4. Quiet Hours

Quiet Hours: Please keep noise levels to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

5. Payment Methods

Payment: We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), and bank transfers. Full payment is required upon arrival.

6. Smoking Policy

Non-Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments, but you may smoke on the private balconies or designated outdoor areas.

Security: Our property is monitored 24/7 for guest safety. Please ensure that all windows and doors are securely closed when leaving your apartment.
