House Rules – AVENA Suites

Check-in & Check-out
✔ Check-in: from 3:00 PM
✔ Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

Quiet Hours
🔇 Please respect quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
This helps ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.

Pool & Common Areas
🏊 Pool hours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
✔ Please shower before entering the pool.
✔ No glassware in the pool area for safety reasons.
✔ Children must be supervised at all times.

Apartment Use
🚭 No smoking inside the apartments. You may smoke on the balcony or outdoor areas.
🐾 No pets allowed.
🚫 Parties or loud gatherings are not permitted.
🛠️ Please report any damages immediately. Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

Garbage & Cleanliness
🗑️ Please dispose of trash in the designated bins.
♻️ We encourage recycling where possible.
🔄 Housekeeping is provided before check-in. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request (extra charge).

Guests & Visitors
👤 The maximum number of guests per apartment must not be exceeded.
🛑 Unregistered visitors are not allowed to stay overnight.

Respect for the Neighborhood
🌍 Please respect the local culture and environment.
💦 Be mindful of water and electricity usage, as resources on the island are valuable.
